1. Who we are

DOGER (doger.ai) is operated by Layer2State, Lisbon, Portugal — the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@doger.ai.

2. What we collect

• Forms — name, work email, company and segment when you request a demo; email when you request the sample report.
• Campaign parameters — utm_source / medium / campaign / content attached to your visit, stored in your browser for attribution.
• Analytics and advertising data — only after you accept cookies: usage events via Google Analytics 4, and conversion signals via Meta and LinkedIn pixels.

The property data DOGER analyses (listings, official statistics, environmental records) is aggregated from publicly available sources and does not include personal data of property owners or sellers retained by us.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your demo request and prepare the call (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To send the sample report you requested (consent).
• To measure advertising performance (consent, via the cookie banner).

4. Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our CRM tooling (Google Workspace, EU data-region). Demo bookings are handled by Calendly. Analytics and advertising vendors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) receive data only after you accept cookies. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Lead data is kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Analytics data follows the vendors' standard retention settings.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email hello@doger.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
